All deposited funds in Nanobot are held in an on-chain wallet. Users can expect their funds to be available for withdrawal at any time they want, and these funds will not be reinvested elsewhere.
Termination
Your access to Nanobot may be terminated if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
You understand and agree that Nanobot is provided on an ”as is” and ”as available” basis. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of using Nanobot, and you use Nanobot at your own risk.

We retain all intellectual property rights associated with Nanobot. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of Nanobot without our permission.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via Discord.
